An installation consultant will schedule a pre-install requirement gathering conference call to create an install checklist of everything that needs to be done for your successful install. Every install is unique but our goal is to finish the majority of installs in less than a week.
step 2
Your install consultant will remotely install, test, and document your new environment based on the pre-install document.
step 3
Your Zencos consultant will provide you with key documents including locations of scripts and files, and the architecture of the deployment. Knowledge transfer will take place for the administration of the system.
