Craig leads teams in the design and implementation of financial crimes solutions. Using the SAS suite of products, he is responsible for delivering end to end solutions that satisfy business needs and capitalize on SAS’s best in breed analytic technology. He has worked with some of the largest banks in North America as well as several mid-market banks.
His current professional interest is the use of machine learning to improve anomaly detection in both the fraud and anti-money laundering space. Craig has written multiple papers on the use of data to support and improve regimen adherence and has spoken at several conferences on the same subject.
Craig attended North Carolina State University and lives in Cary, NC with his wife and three children. Prior to joining Zencos in 2016, he served as the Director of Analytics at Physicians Pharmacy Alliance, a pharmacy services company based in Cary NC. He was responsible for all analytics work across the organization supporting business and clinical functions, outcomes research, and serving in an advisory capacity for executive leadership.
