Kim joined Zencos in 2012 and has used her 15+ years’ experience obtained working in the services industry to lead data warehousing projects at Zencos successfully. Kim is passionate about providing quality solutions that exceed customer expectations. She oversees the team’s activities to ensure they stay in line with the agreed-up requirements and to ensure the individual pieces work seamlessly together and perform efficiently.
She has been the technical lead on several projects; most recently, for a team that successfully designed, developed, and rolled out a solution for loading and reporting financial and economic data for a Bank. The solution included the creation of a custom data warehouse, a front-end GUI, a sophisticated data transformation batch process, consolidations and collapsing of the loaded data, and SAS Visual Analytics for analysis of the data.
Kim has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Delaware and did an MBA graduate study in Information Systems Management at George Washington University. Kim worked for IBM Global Services developing and performing Mainframe Capacity Planning engagements prior to coming to Zencos.
