At Zencos, Carrie leads all aspects of client success. Carrie serves as our lead relationship manager, provides project management services, manages our ZenGuard support services team, and leads all Zencos’ client relationship support activities. Carrie strives to deliver premium client care that facilitates partnership loyalty, opportunity growth, and ensures the success of Zencos client relationships.
Carrie has served in relationship management roles for the past 20 years. In addition, Carrie has over a decade of project management experience working with clients in various highly regulated industries leading projects ranging from clinical research data standardization, software development and commercial off-the-shelf software implementation, and SAS software implementation projects.
Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College and a Masters of Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
